William Lambre co-founded eFidbak in 2020 to measure blasting performance to deliver value to mines. William leads the company to continuously expand and offer it's unique service to new clients. He has several years of programming experience which he has combined with his design engineering skills to develop the sensors and the cloud based analytics platform. By listenening to customer feedback he strives to continually improve the product and develop new features. William has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with honours from the University of Queensland.
With over 25 years of experience in the extractive and innovation industries, Joji has extensive expertise in the design, development and implementation of sensors and instrumentation in fragmentation-optimisation programs and blast design evaluation. Of primary interest are sensors and technologies to identify innovative solutions to deliver results such as those which influence an operation's productivity and economic value. He is deployed at sites globally to deliver field trials of novel technologies and applications. As a specialist in this space, he readily liaise with site-based personnel for effective field trial planning and practical execution of site activities.
Dr Italo Onederra is an internationally recognised specialist in explosives and blasting engineering technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with honours from the University of Melbourne, Masters of Engineering Science and PhD from the University of Queensland. For over 25 years, Dr Onederra has been actively involved in R&D and expert consulting in several mining operations and associated clients in Australia, South America, Africa and Europe. Published extensively with over 100 publications in peer reviewed journals and conferences; and contributed to several book sections and technical reports. Dr Onederra has demonstrated leadership and impact in research and industry uptake. Examples include developments in alternative ammonium nitrate free explosives; fragmentation modelling techniques incorporated into commercial software used by industry and academia in over 60 countries; and pioneering new blast movement modelling techniques using physics engines.
Ernesto has over 30 years of applied research experience having worked with a large number of mining companies such as Mount Isa Mines, CODELCO, BHP, Northern Star, Newcrest, Placer Dome and Western Mining Corporation to develop guidelines for effective underground mining, leading to a safe, economical extraction of ore. He has undertaken applied research in all aspects of mining methods for a range of rock mass and geotechnical conditions ranging from shallow depth cut-and-fill mines, room and pillar, to deep sublevel open stopes and block cave mines. He holds a Bachlor of Mining Engineering from Universidad de Sonora Mexico, a Master of Science from Colorado School of Mines and PhD from the University of Queensland.
